Thomas todd III
Lieutenant General Thomas H. Todd III (Retired) culminated a distinguished 34-year career in
the U.S. Army, serving in both operational and strategic leadership roles. Beginning his service
as a Senior Army Aviator and maintenance test pilot, he achieved ratings in eight different
airframes. Throughout his tenure, LTG Todd held several prominent executive positions,
including command of Natick Labs, where he oversaw leading human performance research for
the Army and Department of Defense.
